Rick Baker, President (Sales)
Rick Backer is a software industry veteran with
experience at large software corporations as well as
successful start-ups. He has a strong background in
system designs and product development. He is an
entrepreneur with over 20 years of business
development and management experience. Prior to
co-founding VTL technologies, Rick was co-founder and
President of Business Development for Prodata systems,
he derived prodata from a start-up to a multimillion
dollar company. Prior to prodata, Rick managed
strategic accounts for travelocity.com, one of
the Internet's largest online reservation company. In
addition to maintaining day-to-day activities, he sets
long-term strategy for the company. Rick holds B.A in Economics from Harvard and Masters in Business
Administration from Kellogg School of Management.
Amit Bhardwaj, Chief Technology Officer.
Amit Bhardwaj has over 11 years of experience in
designing, managing and releasing software products.
Prior to co-founding VTL technologies, Inc., he was a
program manager at Microsoft for seven years, where he
worked on Microsoft Project, Microsoft Team Manager,
and Microsoft Office. He holds two patents and has
three patents pending in the areas of intelligent
design, content publishing and interactive customer
design. Amit has a bachelor's degree in computer
science from Indian Institute of Technology, kanpur(India) and two
master's degrees in Project management and System
analysis both from Stanford University. He manages the
outsourcing operations and is directly involved in
development and designing of new products |
