VTL collected Raw Data about BPO's, OEL's and Offshore companies.
And did research on these options and found that in India, the scope of outsourcing
business is really required because the available educated youth can be used up to
its optimum level which will help youths making life standard high and contribute
to growth of nation .
So, VTL came in front of web world and launched on 20th July,2004.
All the required information collected and applied on VTL making strong base in long
run basis. By the end of July 2004, VTL completed its fundamental works and ready to take
action regarding its operations . It had also fulfilled its legal works and term & conditions

VTL appoints initial employee groups and hires some preliminary experts who are able to
maintain the initial functionalities and making oprations easy to improve the qualities of the
company outputs. A BPO career revolves around the core activity of delivering business process outsourcing services. This involves Software development, Web development, voice (telephone) and non-voice (email, chat) based customer interaction services, transaction processing, telemarketing, technical support or analyzing of customer specific data. It also involves back-end jobs such as claims processing and processing of Finance & Accounting transactions.

VTL gets its 1st International project. VTL and Prodata An Airline cruise shipping Reservation Software development firm seek to work together in future. VTL proposed Prodata to build an offshore development center which will not only fulfill their talent retaining needs but also give them an exposure globally however Huge Wage differentials will help them cut costs and make profits. Prodata chief Frank Gary met Aseem Bhardwaj(India Operations chief) and discussed every issue in detail and said "I am impressed how VTL is handling our operation, all the programmers are smart, co-operative and highly productive.
